Returns & Exchanges

At W for Woman, we want you to love your fashion choices; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All products must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your W for Woman account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.

  Pack the Product

  Place the item in its original packaging with all brand tags intact and include a copy of the invoice to ensure a smooth verification process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 business days; please ensure someone is available to hand over the securely sealed package to our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
